A New Market
One of the standout achievements of the year was the expansion of the CWW team into the Queensland market. This move not only broadened our reach, but also reinforced our commitment to delivering top-notch service across diverse markets. With a strong presence now established in Brisbane, plans are already in motion for further expansion into North Queensland. The CWW team are excited about this opportunity and look forward to extending our renowned services to clients in these regions.
CWW now distributes PDQ and iWash equipment across SA, NSW, ACT, NT, and QLD.
Global Representation
CWW’s dedication to keeping up with industry trends took the team both near and far.
Members of the tech team had the honour of representing CWW at the International Carwash Association (ICA) event in Las Vegas. This international exposure was complemented by visits to the manufacturing plants of PDQ in Green Bay, WI, and Belanger in Northville, MI.
On a local scale, the team were also present at Australian Car Wash Association (ACWA) events, such as the RINSE showcase in Brisbane and SA meets.
These experiences not only provided valuable insights into emerging trends, but also reaffirmed CWW’s commitment to distributing market-leading equipment and industry-best service.
Tech Advancements
In the pursuit of innovation, CWW have begun installations of the third generation LaserWash 360 Plus.
The cutting-edge technology introduces a host of updated features, including the LaserGlow Arch with customisable lighting control for each wash cycle, enhanced motors and gearboxes, and the revolutionary HMI interface. The HMI interface not only adds a new dimension to control, but also allows the LaserWash to seamlessly transition from remote control to a user-friendly table format.
